Stairs can be used by all fitness levels. If you are looking to challenge yourself, simply adjust however many steps you are using at a time i.e. with step-ups, you can skip a step or with push-ups, you can choose what height you are at to increase the level of difficulty.
Beds allow you to perform your exercises without any worry of hurting your joints. It is a comfortable surface that allows for a degree of different movements in various positions such as on your back, side, or on your hands and knees.
