Super Bowl Sunday is a day for the 4 F’s: football, family, friends and FOOD. Just one month after you have set your New Year’s resolutions, temptations have suddenly surrounded you on this football filled night, especially when it comes to food. To continue staying on track with your nutrition goals, here are a few ways to feel guilt free and still enjoy the Patriots Blitz for 6!
First things first, make sure you do not over eat. We all know this day is meant for socializing and eating tons of food, but you shouldn’t let that discourage you. It’s okay to socialize without holding that beer in you hand or eating that fried chicken wing. There are plenty of healthy options or substitutes for the typical Super Bowl dishes.
